For over 30 years, Las Brisas Mobile Home Park has called Las Cruces home. As a locally owned and operated business. We first opened our doors in 1985 and we’ve expanded to house 295 spaces. Our friendly staff has welcomed countless families throughout the years, and we can’t wait to welcome you and your family as well!

We’ve developed our community to make it an ideal place to call home. We’re across the street from New Mexico State University’s main campus and nearby various shopping centers and easily accessible public transportation. We continuously upgrade and add amenities to our community to make it the best it can be. Some of our amenities include playgrounds, parks, libraries, and storage spaces.
